Overview

The Accesso Freedom 1-Way Integration provides transaction detail to Yellow Dog via the Yellow Dog API.

Sync Approach

This integration involves two elements:

• Accesso Freedom’s process to provide sales data

• Yellow Dog’s Process Sales Data application that processes sales to deplete inventory and update reporting

Sync Frequency

The frequency of sales is controlled by Accesso Freedom.

Configuration

This integration supports depleting sales by matching on SKU but requires that detail to be provided to Accesso Freedom during onboarding.

Onboarding

New Client to both Freedom and Yellow Dog

1. Build all items in Yellow Dog Software

2. Yellow Dog to provide export of item details to Accesso including the following;

   • SKU

   • Description

   • Retail

New Client to Freedom and existing to Yellow Dog

1. Yellow Dog to provide export of item details to Accesso including the following;

   • SKU

   • Description

   • Retail

Existing Client to Freedom and New to Yellow Dog

1. Freedom to provide item export to Yellow Dog

2. Yellow Dog to use that export to create those items in Yellow Dog

3. All new items created in Yellow Dog

Requirements

Client

The client may need to assist with mapping Freedom’s RVC to stores in Yellow Dog.

POS Partner

Accesso must create RVC and then provide to Yellow Dog to assign to stores.

Yellow Dog

Yellow Dog is required to provide Freedom the following:

• Client ID

• UN

• PW

Data Exchange

Sales Pull

The following detail is populated by Freedom to Yellow Dog’s API

Sales will be mapped via the POS Item Map in Yellow Dog or matched via SKU/UPC

• To match sales, the Yellow Dog sku will need to be provided to Freedom

Workflows - Result in POS

Changing the Yellow Dog SKU will break the match sales capabilities.
