In response to COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our staff and clients is paramount.  Yellow Dog Software is offering high quality customer service and support while following CDC guidelines and the following:

1)      About 50% of our staff is working remotely.

2)      Teleconferencing is preferred in lieu of face-to-face meetings.

3)      All travel requests are reviewed individually.  If there is work that cannot be done by our team remotely, we will consult the client and the Yellow Dog staff member to determine the safest approach to provide the highest level of customer service while keeping everyone as safe as possible.
