Overview
With our 2-way integration eComchain uses Yellow Dog’s API to pull item detail and push sales data.
Sync Approach
This interface contains two elements:
eComchain’s process to pull item detail and push sales to Yellow Dog
A Yellow Dog process sales application to process sales transactions posted by eComchain to deplete inventory and update reporting in Yellow Dog.
Configuration
Items must be created in both Yellow Dog and eComchain with the Yellow Dog SKU and eComchain product code matching.
Sync Frequency
eComchain’s sync process can be scheduled to pull items up to 2x a day and post sales transactions up to 10x a day.
The Yellow Dog process sales application can be configured at any interval and will be set to run based on the sales post frequency.
