Wild Republic Tech 2 Way Integration

Overview
Wild Republic Tech consumes the Yellow Dog API to provide a 1 Way and 2 Way integration approach.
Sync Approach
The integration consists of two elements:
A sync controlled by Wild Republic Techto pull new items and item updates as well as push transaction data to Yellow Dog
A Process Sales Application run by Yellow Dog to update reporting and inventory depletion.
Sync Frequency
Wild Republic Tech pulls item detail and pushes sales detail every three minutes.
Configuration
For 1-Way F&B clients, Wild Republic Tech will send sales transaction data to Yellow Dog. Recipes will need to be mapped in order to deplete inventory. All menu item creation will be done in Wild Republic Tech.
Requirements
Client
The Client will be responsible for assisting Yellow Dog in the configuration and assignment of interfaces to items in Yellow Dog in order for items to create properly in Wild Republic Tech.
POS Partner
During onboarding, the POS Partner is responsible for providing the following detail to Yellow Dog’s implementation team:
Category Master
Sub Category Master
Tax Group Master
Discount Types
Max Discounts
Account Master
The POS Partner is also required to support, set up and maintain the integration.
Yellow Dog Inventory
The Yellow Dog Client must be hosted by Yellow Dog to utilize Yellow Dog’s API.

Codes
The following codes are provided by Wild Republic Tech. The Yellow Dog implementation team will populate in Generic Interfaces and work with the client to properly assign intefaces codes to items.

Limitations
Wild Republic Tech only supports 1 UPC. If there is no UPC in Yellow Dog for an item, Wild Republic Tech will populate the barcode field with the Yellow Dog SKU
Multiple revenue centers are supported with this integration
Matrices are not supported
