1-Way SMS Teres Integration

Overview
The integration with SMS Teres supports a 1-way integration.
Sync Approach
This interface contains two elements:
Yellow Dog Generic Sync to pull sales
SMS Teres process for exporting sales
Configuration
The integration can support setting up Yellow Dog’s Generic Sync on a customer’s site with access to a predetermined shared location to pick up sales files or configured to use an FTP location.
If using an FTP location, Yellow Dog will need to provide the FTP and create a folder called “inbound” were sales from SMS Teres will be uploaded.
Sync Frequency
The sales file is generated 1x per day during the end of day process. Our Generic Sync interface will pick up the sales file when it is provided.
Requirements
Client
Recipes in Yellow Dog must be mapped to the correct POS items in order to report to the correct inventory items.
The client will need to assit with providing access to install the sync.
POS Partner
The POS Partner is responsible for configuring their side to drop off daily sales file to the correct location.
Yellow Dog
Yellow Dog will need to install and configure the Generic Sync.

Limitations
Yellow Dog Inventory does not receive Tender or Payment type.
