Emergency Support

We offer 24/7 emergency support. In the event that you are experiencing an emergency after hours, please dial the main support line (757)663-7514 and Press 1. You will be connected to an answering service that will take your contact information and a brief message. They will notify the on call guide, who will get back to you within one hour. 

 

An emergency is classified as the following:

- Not able to sync your handheld device

- Not able to open the Yellow Dog Software application

- Items at your POS will not ring up, or will not ring up correctly.
