AI Powered Chatbot

The chat bot application is hosted by Yellow Dog Software on AWS. Code is managed by us and uses Google Gemini as the language model. No personal data is stored in the Chatbot database, only data related to success metrics of the chatbot responses. The chatbot does allow for quickly creating a ticket in our Zoho Desk management system.
