Overview
Yellow Dog Software cloud services must be able to connect to the Yellow Dog database in order to function properly. For on-premises hosted databases, access to the database must be able to be securely made.
Yellow Dog strongly encourages the use of firewalls to protect database access and to block access as much as possible. To do this, customer IT teams should whitelist Yellow Dog cloud services to enable them to connect to the database.
