Overview

MishiPay uses Yellow Dog’s Fetch API to get item data from and post sales data to Yellow Dog.

Sync Approach

MishiPay’s processes to

  • Get item data from Yellow Dog daily

  • Post sales data to Yellow Dog as orders are completed

Yellow Dog’s ProcessSales application to adjust on hands based on the sales and ensure that sales reports are updated.

Sync Frequency

  • MishiPay gets item data from Yellow Dog’s Fetch API daily at 1:30am UTC.

  • MishiPay posts sales data as soon as orders are completed

  • Yellow Dog fully processes sales data daily, but can process on hand adjustments as often as once per hour.

Configuration Options:

Multiple instances of MishiPay against a single Yellow Dog database is not supported in this integration.

Multiple Yellow Dog databases against a single instance of MishiPay is not supported in this integration.

Mapping multiple locations in MishiPay to a single store in Yellow Dog is not supported in this integration.

Requirements

Client:

  • Confirm Stores integrating with MishiPay

  • List of VAT Percents to use per integrated store

Yellow Dog:

  • Create an API user for MishiPay in the customer’s database and provide them credentials to the Fetch API

  • Provide storeIDs to MishiPay based on the client’s list of stores for the integration

POS:

  • Complete store mapping 

  • Complete setup for processes needed to get item data and post sales data

Overview 

MishiPay posts sales data to Yellow Dog as orders are completed in their system.

MishiPay uses StoreIDs from Yellow Dog to map their locations to our stores.

Sales match to Items by matching the Yellow Dog SKU to the MishiPay Product ID.

We pull in the following sales data:

Item Data from Yellow Dog 

Overview 

MishiPay gets item data from Yellow Dog daily at 1:30am UTC.

Interface Codes – The customer provides Yellow Dog with the VAT Percentage values they want to use for this integration. Yellow Dog adds them to our Generic Level A interface, which will be renamed as “MishiPay VAT Percent” in YDInv.

Yellow Dog item SKU is used as the MishiPay Product ID

No known requirements or limitations on SKUs or Barcodes in MishiPay.

Accounting Export : 

This integration can support an accounting export for total net sales only (Retail*Quantity-Discounts)

Limitations
